PSA: Detour for Paddy Kay Drive, Tilting Place and Clearview Heights

The Town of Paradise is advising that a detour will be in place to divert traffic from Paddy Kay Drive, Tilting Place, Castle Heights, and sections of Clearview Heights. The detour is scheduled to begin the week of June 3 and is necessary to divert traffic away from the construction area of the Clearview Heights road upgrade work. The Town of Paradise is advising residents that blasting work is scheduled to take place on O’Brien’s Way over the next several weeks. The planned blasting operations are scheduled to begin work on Monday, June 3 and occur intermittently throughout the next two to three weeks. The Town of Paradise advises that Paradise Road Phase III road project will begin on Monday, May 27, 2019. The work involves the section of road between Stormont Street to Archibald Drive St. The project involves widening the road and installing curb, gutters, sidewalks and storm sewers. Town Closures and Scheduling Changes in Observance of Victoria Day Holiday

Due to the Victoria Day Holiday on Monday, May 20, Paradise Town Hall, Paradise Double Ice Complex (including the BodyQuest Fitness Centre) and the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre will be closed.
