The Town started collecting garbage boxes not removed from the front of property lines on June 12, 2017.
Automated Garbage Collection uses Town-supplied wheeled carts and garbage boxes are no longer needed as part of the waste collection. Garbage boxes left at the end of driveways and near the road create problems for the automated garbage collection.
You can keep your garbage box as long as it's not at the front of your property. You can re-purpose your garbage box; some uses include:

UPDATE: Tuesday, May 30, 11:15 a.m. Emergency repairs to the Donna Road Pump Station are complete and water is restored to all areas affected. Residents are asked to run their water for a few minutes after the connection is restored in the event of discoloured water. The Town of Paradise apologizes for any inconvenience. Update - 9:00 p.m Monday, May 29: Water has been restored to the affected areas however, residents may experience low water pressure. The water service interruption is due to emergency repairs needed to the Donna Road Pump Station.The Town is working to resolve the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience.

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that road work will begin the week of May 29 on Tilting Place. The work includes the realignment of the curb, gutter and sidewalk at the intersection of Tilting Place and Topsail Road.
