Update on Topsail Road - St. Thomas Line Lift Station

The Town of Paradise today provided an update on the emergency repairs at the sanitary sewer lift station located on the corner of St. Thomas Line and Topsail Road.   The issue started Monday (August 12) evening, and crews have been on site working to complete the required repairs. Planned Water Shut-off: Clearview Heights (Civic # 1-30)

The Town of Paradise is advising of a planned water shut-off on Thursday, August 15 for a portion of Clearview Heights. Residences between (and including) civic #1 and civic #30 will be affected, along with 1604 Topsail Road.  Water will be shut-off at 9 a.m. and will be restored by 4 p.m. The water shut-off is required as part of the road work ongoing in the area. St. Thomas Line Closure

Update: 1:30 p.m. August 13 - Crews are working on the repairs to the sanitary sewer lift station and the detour remains in place to accommodate the work. The detour is expected to be in place until tomorrow, Wed. Aug. 14. Traffic calming measures have been put in place on Carlingford Street.

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that, beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 12, roadwork will be occurring on Topsail Road between the Kenmount Road offramp and Carlisle Drive.
