The Town of Paradise advises that interior renovations at the Paradise Double Ice Complex will begin on Wednesday, September 18. The purpose of the work is to relocate the reception area to the front of the building, near the main doors of the Complex. There will be no impact to operations or programming at the facility while the work is ongoing. It is expected to be completed by the end of October. The Town of Paradise advises that access to Camrose Drive via Paradise Road will be unavailable beginning 7 a.m. Thursday, September 19 until Saturday, September 21. Access to Camrose Drive will be available via Deborah Lynn Heights on St. Thomas Line. The access closure is needed as part of the Paradise Road Upgrades Phase III. The Town of Paradise will welcome the Toronto Maple Leafs for their upcoming training camp from Friday, September 13 to Sunday, September 15. The Maple Leafs will hold practices and intra-squad scrimmages at the Paradise Double Ice Complex. The Town of Paradise is advising of a planned water shut-off on Friday, September 6 for Archibald Drive. The water will be shut-off at 9 a.m. and will be restored by 5 p.m. The water shut-off is required as part of the road work on-going in the area. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience.
