The Town of Paradise advises of a planned, temporary water shut-off for Evergreen Village, primarily affecting Ashgrove Drive, for Tuesday, October 11 and Wednesday, October 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The water will be turned on each evening. The water shut-off is required as part of the water and sewer upgrades on-going in the area. When water is restored, residents are reminded to run their water for a few minutes in the event of any discolouration or air in the pipes....

To mark the official opening of the new Multi-sport Turf at the Dianne Whelan Memorial Soccer Complex, the Town of Paradise is hosting a Friday Night Lights celebration. Mayor Dan Bobbett and Council will be joined by representatives from the Paradise minor sporting associations for the event.
Members of the media are invited to attend. As this is an outdoor event, those attending are advised to dress appropriately.

UPDATE: Water is expected to be restored by 5 p.m. this evening, Thursday, September 29. As a reminder, when water is restored, residents should run the taps for a few minutes to eliminate any air in the pipes or discolouration. The Town apologizes for the inconvenience.
