PSA: Road Closure to Accommodate Paradise Triathlon and Paradise Kids Duathlon

As part of the Paradise Triathlon and Paradise Kids Duathlon on Sunday, August 27 the public are advised of the following road closures between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

• McNamara Drive
• Bremigens Blvd
• Kenmount Rd Ext. (McNamara Drive to Paradise Bowl: Civic #1187)

Topsail Road Phase IV Work Nearing Completion

The Town of Paradise advises residents that construction work for the Topsail Road Phase IV project is nearing completion and the detour is no longer required. Effective today, August 25, 2017, traffic will flow through Topsail Road and the detour route will no longer be in place. Town Closures in Observance of Civic Holiday

Town Hall and the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre are closed Monday, August 7 to accommodate a Town Civic Holiday. Summer Day Camp and Tri-Sport are cancelled for that day.

The Paradise Double Ice Complex, including the Body Quest Fitness Centre, will be open for regular hours.

The Town also advises that there is no change to garbage and recycling collection on Monday, August 7.

Paradise Municipal Plan Public Hearing

We're in the final stage of completing a new, up-to-date Municipal Plan for the Town of Paradise including new Development Regulations.

At a July 11, 2017 Public Meeting, Council adopted the Town of Paradise Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2016.
