Automated Garbge Collection starts July 4 in the Town of Paradise. It's a cleaner, safer and smarter way to collect waste. And it eliminates the need to cover garbage with blankets or nets. On your regular collection day, simply place the cart on the street, with the wheels against the curb, if there is one, or just off the road, on the shoulder or at the end of your driveway. The Town of Paradise advises the public that, starting Monday, June 27, 2016, scheduled road work will begin on Acharya Drive to allow for the installation of a curb, gutters, sidewalks and storm sewers.

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that the Town Hall and the Paradise Double Ice Complex will be closed on Monday, June 27, 2016 in observance of the Discovery Day Holiday.
The Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre and the Body Quest Fitness Centre will remain open with day camp and tri-sport going ahead as planned.
The Town is also advising residents that there will be no change to garbage and recycling collection.
