The Town of Paradise is advising residents that beginning 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 22, work will be completed at the intersection of Burnaby Drive and McNamara Drive which will require closing the intersection to all traffic. It will be closed for approximately three to four days. The work is part of the road and sewer upgrades ongoing in the area. While work is completed at the intersection, there will be no access between Burnaby Drive and McNamara Drive and access to the Valley Ridge...

Happy Thanksgiving from the Town of Paradise!
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday on Monday, October 8, the Town Hall, and the Paradise Double Ice Complex, including the Body Quest Fitness Centre and Paradise Rotary Youth and Community Centre, are all closed.
Residents are reminded that the garbage and recycling collection schedule for the week of October 8 -12 moves ahead by one day.

The Town of Paradise is advising of lane closures on Topsail Road for Monday, October 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To accommodate water and sewer work for the Paradise Plaza ALRE property development (former ACAN site), lane closures are needed on a small section of Topsail Road. Between Octagon Heights and McNamara Drive, Topsail Road will be reduced to two lanes (one lane for each direction of traffic). The lane closures will be in place for one day, all four lanes will be reopened...

The Town of Paradise held its first annual Employee Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, September 27.
It was an event to formally thank our employees for their dedicated hard work, a time to recognize years of service, and time to celebrate all that our employees do to make Paradise a great Town in which to live, play, and work! The Town of Paradise advises that the Camelot Crescent Playground will close effective Monday, September 24 to allow for ground repair work in the area. The playground will be closed for approximately four to six weeks.
To facilitate the repair work, the playground equipment will be removed. Once the ground repairs are complete, the equipment will be returned and the playground will be fully reinstated. The multipurpose courts in the area are not affected by this work and will remain open for regular...
