The Town of Paradise today announced a consultation process on the use of the T’Railway within the municipality. The purpose of the consultation is to hear from residents about designating the trail non-motorized. “Our Recreation and Open Space Master Plan identified the need to complete upgrades to the section of T’Railway within our Town. The Town of Paradise advises that repairs will be completed on the traffic lights at the intersection of Karwood Drive and Topsail Road today, Thursday, February 13, 2020.
While the repair work is being done, the traffic lights will be disabled and drivers are asked to treat the intersection as a four-way stop. Temporary traffic signage will be in place. UPDATE - Tuesday, February 4, 3:25 p.m: Work continues on St. Thomas Line and the detour through Carlingford St. remains in place. Traffic control is on site and will facilitate traffic flow for the evening commute. The work is expected to be finished tonight (Tuesday, February 4).

The Town of Paradise has lifted the 24 hour parking ban that was put in place at assist with snow clearing from the record snowfall.
Residents are reminded the Winter Parking Ban remains in effect until March 31. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on Town streets between the hours of 1 and 8 a.m., or any time during a snowfall and for 24 hours thereafter.
