Town Launches Consultations on T’Railway Use

The Town of Paradise today announced a consultation process on the use of the T’Railway within the municipality. Snow Clearing Update - 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020

Throughout this weekend (February 22-23), work will be ongoing with street widening and sidewalk clearing operations:

• Street widening is scheduled for St. Thomas Estates and clearing of cul-de-sacs in the Trail’s End and Adams Pond areas
• Sidewalk clearing is scheduled for Topsail Road and Priority 2 sidewalks.

Traffic Light Repair (Karwood and Topsail Intersection)

The Town of Paradise advises that repairs will be completed on the traffic lights at the intersection of Karwood Drive and Topsail Road today, Thursday, February 13, 2020.

While the repair work is being done, the traffic lights will be disabled and drivers are asked to treat the intersection as a four-way stop. Temporary traffic signage will be in place. 24 Hour Parking Ban Lifted, Winter Parking Ban in effect

The Town of Paradise has lifted the 24 hour parking ban that was put in place at assist with snow clearing from the record snowfall.

Residents are reminded the Winter Parking Ban remains in effect until March 31. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on Town streets between the hours of 1 and 8 a.m., or any time during a snowfall and for 24 hours thereafter.
